What can I do to help?

So you’ve found this site – that’s the first step! However, without your help, our mission is going to be pretty difficult. Our dream of having David Wright grow a ’stache during the 2009 season can only be realized with the assistance of thousands of Mets fans around the world – including you. So what can you do to help? Here are a few suggestions:

Tell your friends about The Wright Stache. It all starts with this website: the more people that know about this site, the more people that will want to join our cause.
Tell David Wright about The Wright Stache. If you know D-Wright, or know someone that knows him, then please deliver him word of our noble cause. He will obviously need to learn about our quest in order to partake, so the sooner, the better.
Become a fan of The Wright Stache Facebook page. Because of News Feeds, Facebook is great for spreading messages of all kinds. Join the group and get your friends in the know.
Follow The Wright Stache on Twitter. Hate it or love it, Twitter is now a social-media monster. If you use Twitter, let your followers know about TheWrightStache.com.
Promote The Wright Stache outside of SNY Studios. If you’re a Mets fan, then you’ve likely watched SNY and seen crowds of people trying to get their mug on television. Promote TheWrightStache.com on banners or signs during in-studio tapings to help get us national exposure. The building is located on the corner of 51st and 6th in midtown Manhattan.
Wear a fake mustache to Mets games. Eventually, we’re going to start handing out fake mustaches at Citi Field before games. Incase you can’t find us, bring a mustache of your own and slap it on during games (especially if you’re sitting near third base). Or, if you can’t get your hands on a fake mustache…
Grow a mustache. We’re bringing the stache back anyway, so why not beat the crowd and be one of the first? Start today.
Wear a “The Wright Stache” t-shirt. Coming soon.
Send us ideas. You can email any Wright Stache related ideas to ideas@thewrightstache.com. There’s only 3 of us, so the more help we can get, the better. If we use your idea, we’ll give you credit on the site.
Send us photoshopped images of something related to the Mets, David Wright, and mustaches. Show off your skills by mailing us your work at fanart@thewrightstache.com. If we like it enough, we’ll post it on the site and give you credit.

We’re doing this for one reason, and one reason only: to get Mr. Wright Stuff to grow The Wright Stache. Please lend us a hand. Thanks!
